A Safety Audit in the Histology Laboratory, Presented by Dan Scungio. This session will enhance the ability to spot safety issues in the laboratory using your “Safety Eyes.” Virtually walk through a Histology Lab and Morgue to examine it for safety issues; and develop a system and format for regular safety auditing of your laboratory.

How Does It Work?
What do I need to participate?
You will need a computer with speakers and an internet connection to view the presentation. NSH uses Zoom to facilitate it's webinar program. All sessions will take place at 1:00pm EST.
Do Sessions Qualify for Continuing Education?
Session attendees receive one (1) CEU for participation in a webinar. A live recording of the webinar will be sent appoximately one week of the live webinar and a CEU can be earned by watching it within 1 year of the live air date.
How are the webinars selected?
The NSH Laboratory Webinar Program is curated by a committee of volunteers with subject area expertise and are working in the field. Using their knowledge and topic requests from our audience they curate a balanced program. If you are interested in serving on the program team, or have a topic that you wish to present for the 2023 series please contact connie@nsh.org.
